Kapsylen är en ekonomisk förening som köpte huset i början av 80-talet. Huset ägs och drivs av Kapsylens medlemmar varav Studio44 är en.
Grupperna ansvara själva för sina lokaler men kan inte sälja den vidare. Slutar gruppen så kommer en ny in. En ny grupp väljs av husets grupper.
Som grupp är vi alltså delägare av huset och följdaktligen delansvariga för förvaltningen av huset.
Därför har vi väldigt låg månadsavgift. För närvarande ca. 8 000 kr/mån
Du är en Kapsylit när du är medlem i Studio44. Det innebär rättigheter och skyldigheter.
T ex ska Studio44 vara med på Vår och höststädning, ha ett ansvarsområde i huset (för närvarande trappstädning) och var amed och driva den inkomstbringande årliga Kapsylenfesten (brukar vara på våren).
Som medlem i Studio 44 har du rätt att låna Kalypso för middagar och kalas. Du får låna ljusdanläggningen (inom husets väggar). I kapsylens gemensamma kök kan du värma din lunch.
En representant från studio44 närvarar varannan vecka vid kapsylens styrelsemöte-vanligtvis varannan onsdag em.
